RETURN POLICY

In case customer wants to return the product, he / she / they should communicate to us within 48 hours of product delivered, stating the reason for return with necessary photograph either vide E-mail at [email protected] or at [email protected] with a copy at [email protected] / WhatsApp +917679934449

Customer will be liable for the shipping charges for returns / exchange.

Evaluation of return request shall be processed and the amount shall be refunded in customer’s wallet.

We strive to deliver products purchased from OikotaanTees in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.

If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

We have a no refund policy for COD orders unless product delivered has a manufacturing defect.

We have a strict No return policy for Cash on delivery consignments & on custom print products. However, return request for COD shall only be considered if the product shipped is faulty. In case of COD consignment, refund will be initiated only after the amount paid hits our official bank account.

If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. You need to self-ship your returns in the following address.
